Thank you for shopping with Crystal Guard. Review our return policy outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

Our policy permits returns within a 7-day return window. Once this period has lapsed, Crystal Guard cannot provide a refund or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Sale items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@crystalguard.co.za, providing your oder number and reason for return.

To return your product, please courier your product to: 43 Carter Street, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, 1911, South Africa.

Please note that you are responsible for covering your own shipping expenses to return the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email will be sent to notify you of the item's reception.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your return. This email will also inform you of the status of your refund request, indicating whether it has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is complete. If you still do not see the refund, please contact your bank as there can often be processing delays.

Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@crystalguard.co.za and send your item to: 43Carter Street, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, 1911, South Africa. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
