DIRECTION FOR USE:

Hydro Guard adheres seamlessly to a variety of materials, such as, concrete slabs, metal, wood, IBR corrugated steel, stainless steel, tiles and gutters.

Hydro Guard adaptable nature makes it the perfect product for any surface where water may gather.

• Do not dilute.
• Quick drying.
• Ensure the work area is clear of all debris.
• Conduct a preliminary test in a discreet area before commencing the full application.
• Verify desired outcomes in an inconspicuous area before proceeding with the complete application.
• Lacquer Thinners can be used to dilute if necessary.
• Ensure precise planning and execution.
• Take necessary precautions to shield adjacent surfaces requiring protection during application.
• Allow ample drying time before considering additional coats. First coat must be completely dry before applying a second coat.
• Complete areas can be painted, or selected problem areas can be covered for a waterproofing solution.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES & PRECAUTIONS: 

During on the application process, only employ the following tools: a quality nylon or polyester brush or roller.

5L covers approximately 5-10m² on a flat surface. Apply a minimum of 2 coats.

When the product is used with Fibre Glass sheeting, coverage will be approximately 1m per 1L.

Hydro Guard is solvent-based. Use thinners to clean brushes and rollers.

SURFACES PREPARATION:

STORAGE:

Ensure the cap is tightly sealed, and store the product upright. Store in a cool, secure location, out of reach of children. Storage in direct sun light must be avoided.

Dispose of empty containers responsibly, do not repurpose containers. Discard the product 12 months after the batch date.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Required safety equipment: Safety glasses, mask, gloves, protective clothing and shoes.
• Exercise caution and avoid using Hydro Guard in areas where surface water may induce slippery conditions.
• Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and skin. Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
• In the event of eye contact, promptly flush with water for a minimum of 15 minutes. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention without inducing vomiting. For skin contact, cleanse with soap and water and seek medical aid if irritation persists.
• Store in an upright position and utilize Hydro Guard within the recommended temperature range of 15- 30 degrees Celsius.
